The front desk staff was AMAZING. Much to my enjoyment, I was able to check into my room early. Not only that, but they had remembered that I had requested a quieter room. When I had to ring them for a few requests, the front desk was attentive, kind, and professional. The room was cozy and about the size you'd expect for NYC and this location. Cons: Firstly, I must acknowledge one of the housekeeping staff who delivered the extra towels we requested. When we realized that the set was missing face clothes, he returned a short time later with two and a smile. Now, on Sunday, when we returned to our room, we were disappointed. Housekeeping failed to collect two of our dirty towels. They didn't replace our drinking water classes with clean ones. Furthermore, they didn't whip down our desk space either. Thankfully, the trash had been emptied, and the bed had been made.

Loved the location which is 2 blocks from the main Times Square experience, near 5th Ave and Bryant Park, lots of eateries and the subway station was on 41st. Mia was our receptionist and she was so sweet. The hotel has a nice restaurant (pay) for breakfast/lunch/dinner or a quick bagel, complimentary coffee/tea until 9am, and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building! The shower is amazing too. We had a king size bed room. It’s small but we were hardly in it anyway. They offer umbrellas 🌂 which was helpful since it stormed while we were there. Very clean around the property. Housekeeping was very receptive to our requests and their housekeeping manager was nice as he could be. Checking in and out was smooth. They also have a Car Service that you can book for airport pickup and then on your departure as well.

The Hotel was in an awesome location. We came as a family for Christmas and we walked everywhere! One block from Bryant park. Close, but far enough away from, Times Square. Short walk to Rockefeller Center. Ten minutes to Macys. The breakfast every morning was great with a full menu to choose from and also a breakfast buffet available if wanted. I truly thought the breakfast was a great perk to our “breakfast included rate”. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was beautiful. Not many bad things to say about our visit. Only upsets were room size, elevator speed, and no refrigerator in room. (My photos added are from the rooftop bar.)

Stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and had a great time! Breakfasts were yummy, and the staff was super friendly. The location is perfect for walking around, and it's nice and quiet. Despite what some people say, the elevator wait times weren’t bad at all (at least in our week's experience). The rooftop bar is awesome – definitely check it out! The rooms are cozy and have everything you need, and if you need something extra (like we asked for a bar fridge), they’ll bring it at no charge. Plus, the subway stop is only a minute away, and Bryant Park is right next door. Great spot to stay in the city!

The hotel is great, the staff is very polite and well trained, rooms were clean, the hotel restaurant is good and they have an amazing rooftopbar with a view to the Empire State building. Additionally, I believe this to be the best location in Manhattan to stay, not too close to Times Square that it is to touristy, but close enough to do most things walking distance.
